A miniaturized spinning line with all the bells and whistles!

A small extruder with barrier screw and dynamic mixer, followed by a 4 stages static mixer. Precision spinning pump mounted on a spin beam designed to house a standard spin pack. Two sensors to feel polymer pressure and melt at the end of the extruder and in the spinnerette.

Quench panel with air flow control. Three heated single godet with idle roller and a manual winder using standard 10 inches tubes.

This unit has been especially designed to develop new color recipes and test polymers.
